When you purchase a product or item at our online store the timeframe for the preparation of the order will take approximately 2 to 3 labor days on being completed and shipped. If by any chance there is an inconvenient that could affect this process we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We offer great quality in our products. Therefore, our return policy consists on a store credit to be used in other of our lovely products. This credit will only be given if the item is defective at the time of being received and that it does not contain signs of usage.
In order for us to apply the credit the main item should be shipped to us for inspection and the shipping expenses should be cover by the customer. Customers complaints must be notify during the first 48 hours of receiving the item.
